When customers browse catalogs and build orders, minimal operational data is held temporarily in local session storage to compile the order manifest. When sending an inquiry or checkout request, the customer is directed to WhatsApp with their pre-filled order details. We do not store credit card details or inject third-party ad tracking pixels.

Information is used solely to generate order manifests and facilitate direct communication between the customer and merchant. We never sell, rent, or distribute personal information to third-party marketing networks or data brokers.

We use essential functional cookies and local storage exclusively to preserve user preferences (such as language selection and active cart state) across browsing sessions. No third-party profiling or advertising cookies are utilized.

All traffic is served globally via Cloudflare Edge with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Merchant catalog assets are stored in isolated cloud buckets with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) enforcement.

Merchants and users may request complete removal of catalog assets, staging endpoints, and associated operational records by writing to peekmenu.link@gmail.com. Verified deletion requests are permanently processed within 48 business hours, and backups are purged in accordance with standard edge retention cycles.

Each brand runs in an isolated cryptographic tenant workspace. Custom domains fronted by Cloudflare SSL provide full brand prestige without cross-tenant data leakage or third-party advertising cookies.
